Training at DEFLEX

DEFLEX is still taking on new trainees this year.

On August 1, 2024, the commercial apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade management will start, for which young people with a (technical) high school diploma or secondary school certificate can still apply.

During the three-year commercial apprenticeship, trainees learn about all areas of the company and the relevant operational processes. Our trainees are in contact with customers, suppliers and service providers and process orders and offers, negotiate with customers and suppliers and much more. We expect a quick grasp of things, a sense of responsibility, initiative and team spirit as well as good communication skills.

We offer an exciting apprenticeship with remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement for wholesale and foreign trade in North Rhine-Westphalia as well as additional benefits above the collective agreement, such as vacation and Christmas bonuses or capital-forming benefits. Additional benefits such as WellPass are also included.
