Internal training for apprentices

At DEFLEX® it is important to us that our trainees gain as broad an insight as possible into the company, its processes and the products. For this reason, internal training sessions are held at least once a month. However, it is not only the product training that is important, but also the passing on of know-how in the areas of time management and work organisation - this knowledge is also passed on to the trainees in internal training sessions by experienced DEFLEX® employees*.

This month, the product area "elastomers" was on the training schedule. Here, our young trainees learned everything worth knowing from raw rubber extraction to rubber compounding from our product manager Michael Ries. Next on the agenda is "Controlling/Dunning".
