Internal apprentice training

The internal training of our apprentices is an important part of the DEFLEX® training concept. In this way, the trainees get to know all areas of the company as well as its products and can thus quickly and successfully contribute to the daily work routine.

Sales and marketing are important building blocks in every company. So that our trainees know how DEFLEX® is positioned in this area, an internal training course was also held for this area. However, it was not only DEFLEX® that was discussed, but also tips and tricks that could be useful for the further career of our future wholesale and foreign trade clerks.

At the end of March, our trainees also attended an internal training on DEFLEX® products. The focus was on practice, and the trainees had the opportunity to test and try out many products. At the same time, they also learned something about the application in practice.
